The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act. As per allegation in the F.I.R., it is stated that 2 to 3 accused persons fired at the toll plaza and looted Rs.1.15 lacs. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the F.I.R. was registered against unknown. The name of the petitioner transpired in course investigation. It is submitted that inspite of being in custody since 31.1.2020 investigation in the case having been concluded neither the petitioner was put on T.I. parade nor any incriminating article has been recovered from his possession.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner together with the petitioner having remained in custody for 1 year 5 months, this Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Naugachia P.S. Case no. 414 of 2019 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. 1st, Naugachia, Bhagalpur.
