JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 19-02-2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the statutory appeal preferred by the petitioner against the order of cancellation of his license of Public Distribution Shop is still pending with the District Magistrate, Bettiah. In the aforesaid view of the matter, learned counsel for the State submits that direction may be issued to the District Magistrate, Bettiah to dispose of the appeal. In the given facts and circumstances of the case, the writ application is being disposed of with a direction to the District Magistrate, Bettiah to dispose of the appeal preferred by the petitioner within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
