JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted under Sections 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 66 of the Information Technology Act, 2000.

Allegation against petitioner is that he was also cooperating co-accused Shrawan Kumar in committing offence of cheating.

It has been submitted on behalf of petitioner that he is in custody since 30.7.2016. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. The name of petitioner has figured on the basis of disclosure made by co-accused Shrawan. Other co-accused have been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. no. 39123 of 2016. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Arvind Kumar learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Biharsharif at Nalanda, in
