The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Murliganj PS Case No.364 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Recovery of two cartridges from the petitioner. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has been falsely implicated in this case at the instance of the police , no recovery and he is in custody since 30.10.2019, having no criminal antecedent.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.326 of 2020(2) dt.14-01-2020 2/2 (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Madhepura in connection with Murliganj PS Case No.364 of 2019. With the above direction, this application is allowed.
