2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Civil Lines PS Case No. 80 of 2024 dated 11-02-2024, instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 323,356, 379, 411 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Allegation against the petitioner is that one stolen mobile has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. It is submitted that as a matter of fact, scuffle took place between the informant and petitioner while they are purchasing vegetables, due to which, informant lodged a false case against the petitioner of snatching his mobile. 5. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-1st, Gaya, in Civil Lines PS Case No.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2419 of 2025(2) dt.05-02-2025 3/3 in that case, the prosecution will be at liberty to move for cancellation of bail.
7. The application stands allowed.
