None appears on behalf of the respondents either, though the names of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties are printed in the daily cause list.

On examination of the record of this case, this Court finds that this writ petition was dismissed earlier also by a Bench of this Court by order dated 10.05.2013, but it was subsequently restored, yet nobody is appearing on behalf of the petitioner to press this application.

Consequently, the writ petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
