The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with University P.S. Case No.218 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Excise and Prohibition Act, 2016.

Considering the recovery of huge quantity of illicit liquor from the house of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. The application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
