JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 04-02-2019 The petitioner has assailed the order of suspension dated 08.10.2018, whereby and where under the petitioner was not only suspended but it was also stated that the charge sheet in Prapatra-Ka would be issued separately.
The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that till date charge sheet has not been issued to the petitioner and the suspension of the petitioner is being continued indefinitely without holding of the departmental proceeding as contemplated under the aforesaid order dated 08.10.2018. Per contra, the learned counsel for the respondents submits that the Department would make endeavour to complete the enquiry and the disciplinary authority would take a final

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, the present writ petition is disposed off with a direction to the respondents to conclude the departmental proceedings, as contemplated under the order dated 08.10.2018 and pass the final order within a period of three months from today, failing which the order of suspension dated 08.10.2018 shall stand revoked automatically.
