Mr. Arun Kumar ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-07-2018 This writ application has been filed seeking direction to the authority to reconstitute the Government Body of Warsi College, Pandey Gangot, Nawada since according to the petitioner, the existing members of the Governing Body are either involved in criminal cases or there are allegations of swindling of Government money against them. It has also been stated that despite the fact that the petitioner approached the Bihar School Examination Board for reconstitution of the Governing Body, nothing tangible has been done.

Patna High Court CWJC No.11559 of 2018(2) dt.05-07-2018 2/2 An objection is being raised on behalf of the respondents over maintainability of the writ application, as according to them, the petitioner does not have any locus standi since he is in no way, connected with the case. Learned counsel for the petitioner, on the other hand, has submitted that he is a donor member of the school.

A vague statement has been made in the writ application that petitioner is a donor member. I need not go into that aspect of the matter in the present proceeding. This application is disposed of with the only observation that the Bihar School Examination Board will consider desirability of the reconstitution of the Governing Body and will proceed accordingly, in accordance with the provisions under the D.El.Ed. Course Affiliation Regulation, 2016, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. (Chakradhari Sharan Singh, J) Ashish/- U √
