Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as leaned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner happens to be brother-in-law of the deceased and even in course of investigation, nothing specific was found against him. Obviously, the petitioner is junior member of his family.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as status of the petitioner in his family, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
