JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 08-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Some stolen mobile sets are said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that having similar allegation one coaccused namely, Anil Kumar Singh, has already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court. Taking note of the aforesaid fact as well as this aspect of the matter that petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate1st class, Araria in connection with Tarabari P.S.Case No. 79 of 2015.
