Petitioner was caught by the informant while he was trying to commit theft of the mobile phone of the informant. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languiling in jail custody since 7.9.2015.

Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Railway Judicial Magistrate, Kiul (Lakhisarai) in connection with Jamalpur Rail P.S.
