JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 25-01-2019 It is unfortunate that for such petty matters the petitioner has moved this Court in its writ jurisdiction. This situation could have been avoided if the request of the petitioner vide his letter dated 05.05.2018 addressed to the Junior Engineer, Electrical Supply Circle, Bikramganj, Rohtas as contained in Annexure '3' to the writ application would have been considered well within time.
No one appears on behalf of the South Bihar Power Distribution Company Limited.
The Sub-Divisional Officer, Electricity Department, Bikramgaj, Rohtas and the Junior Engineer Electrical Supply Circle, Bikramganj, Rohtas are directed to look into the grievance of the petitioner, examine the same and take a correct view thereon and communicate the same to the petitioner within
Patna High Court CWJC No.1349 of 2019(2) dt.25-01-2019 2/2 a period of 30 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
In case the grievance of the petitioner is found to be genuine, the same should be redrerssed effectively within the aforesaid period. Failure to abide by the time frame in dealing with the grievance of the petitioner may invite serious consequence.
