JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 08-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be proprietor of a Gas Agency and when 76 Gas Cylinders were seized by the police officials in course of its transportation, it came to light that petitioner was indulged in black marketing of Gas Cylinders. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Beldour P.S.Case No.256 of 2015.
