Petitioner is accused in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 663 of 2019 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. It is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since 30.11.2019.
