The present case has been instituted on the basis of complaint petition and, the accusation against petitioner is that he as well as the informant were running a school in partnership but subsequently, petitioner, having got prepared some forged documents, grabbed the entire property of the aforesaid school. Contention on behalf of the petitioner is that the petitioner was director whereas; the informant was Principle of the school and as a matter of fact, some dispute took place between the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.725 of 2016 (2) dt.08-01-2016 2/2 parties and after that, the informant lodged this false case laying his claim upon the aforesaid school.
Learned counsel for the informant submits that by preparing forged documents, the informant embezzled huge cash of the school and also, laid his claim on the properties of the school.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Nawadah Town P.S. Case No. 293 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) A.K.V./- U T
