Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-a), 25(1-aa), 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

From possession of the petitioner, a rifle and cartridges were recovered. Petitioner is in custody since 25.10.2018.

Submission is that from possession of co-accused Aash Kumar @ Raj Kumar, one rifle and 10 cartridges were recovered and he has already been allowed bail by a CoOrdinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 15381 of 2019. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charges on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2281 of 2019(4) dt.08-05-2019 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Matihani Police Station Case No. 144 of 2018, with the following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court-below having immovable property.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner. (Birendra Kumar, J) Rajan/- U T
