The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 786 of 2019 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 283, 109, 114, 435, 353, 332, 333, 307, 427, 337, 338, 379, 511, 504 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 3 of the Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, Section 10/13 of the Unlawful Activities Act and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been allowed bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 15216 of 2020 on 04.09.2020 (Annexure-2). Having considered the facts and circumstances of the
