The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 121, 379, 414, 120(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-A), 25(1-AA), 25(1-B)A, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, on the confession of Md. Rizwan @ Bhutto, some parts of A.K.-47 have been recovered after digging the field of one Ajmeri Begum.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that name of the petitioner has cropped up during course of investigation in the confessional statement of co-accused namely Majar Alam and Gullan @ Gulfam. No incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Investigation in the case has already been completed.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2545 of 2022(3) dt.31-03-2022 2/2 Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the bail petition of petitioner is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Mufassil P.S.
