The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 20, 21, 22 and 23 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.

From the possession of the petitioner, Gulfam Khan @ Md. Gulfam Khan, 61⁄2 Kg. of Ganja was recovered. The petitioner is in jail since 14.12.2014. The petitioner has already remained in jail for about four months for recovery of less than the commercial quantity, i.e. 61⁄2 Kg. of Ganja, and he has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge-cum-
