The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 304B, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegations in the FIR, it is stated by the informant that the accused persons including the petitioner herein burnt the daughter of the informant by pouring kerosene oil.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. He is the father-in-law of the deceased who is living separately from his son and the deceased daughter-in-law. The allegations are general and omnibus in nature. The petitioner is in custody since

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12382 of 2021(5) dt.02-09-2021 2/2 13.7.2020. It is further submitted that a supplementary has been filed stating therein that the son of the informant ie the husband of the deceased surrendered in the learned Court below on 26.8.2021 and is in custody.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case including the petitioner having remained in custody for over one year, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Suryapura P.S. Case no. 96 of 2020 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram at Rohtas.
