Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kuchaikot P. S. case no. 09/2014 registered under sections 302, 201/34 of the IPC.

At para 7 of this petition, it has specifically been averred that petitioners are agnates of husband of the deceased and they have been residing separately from in-laws' family of the deceased. Taking note of the aforesaid submissions as well as facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9342 of 2015 (2) dt.09-03-2015 the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in Kuchaikot P. S. case no. 09/2014 subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
