JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-07-2022 Though the present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondent authorities to grant Pistol/ Revolver license to the petitioner, however the learned counsel for the respondent State has informed this Court that a reasoned order dated 05.08.2019 has already been passed by the Licensing Authority directing for issuance of Arms License in favour of the petitioner and Arms License bearing Arms License no. 1 of 2021 has also been issued in favour of the petitioner. In such view of the matter, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present petition.
