Learned counsel for the petitioner, through Video Conferencing, submits that, in fact, due to mistake, the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner, through E-Mail, has been submitted twice, due to that reason, the present application bearing Criminal Misc. No.12309 of 2021 and another application bearing Criminal Misc. No.13327 of 2021 for grant of privilege of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner were
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12309 of 2021(2) dt.21-08-2021 2/2 generated and, as such, he does not want to press this application (Criminal Misc. No.12309 of 2021), which has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for granting him the privilege of pre-arrest bail in connection with Complaint Case No.511 of 2018, pending in the court of Sri Gautam Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Sherghati, District-Gaya, and seeks permission to withdraw this application.
In view of the aforesaid submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this application (Criminal Misc. No.12309 of 2021) is dismissed as withdrawn.
