2. It transpires from the record that the present writ application has been filed challenging the appointment of petitioner on the post of Anganwari Sevika at Center No. 291 in Ward No. 07 of Village- Pothiya Tola, District- Katihar.
3. Learned counsel for the State submits that by virtue

4. In this background, the present writ application stands disposed of directing the petitioner to avail remedy under the relevant guideline for appointment of Anganwari Sevika and Sahayika.
