Petitioner is not named in the first information report and it appears that his name has come in this case in confessional statement of coaccused in course of investigation and except the aforesaid material as well as criminal antecedent, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner, who is languishing in jail custody since 9.1.2015.

Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1630 of 2016 (2) dt.18-01-2016 2/2 like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Darbhanga Town P.S. Case No.04 of 2015.
