The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 1488-C/2018 registered under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code read with section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is a daily wage labourer and he earns Rs. 3000/- per month. Petitioner is ready to pay Rs. 1000/- per month to the opposite party no. 2 as maintenance, as stated in paragraph no. 6 to the supplementary affidavit. No.1603 of 2020(14) dt.10-03-2022 2/2 case and the above undertaking given by the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Araria in connection with Complaint Case No. 1488C of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
