Taking into consideration that petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased who has been made accused in a case registered under sections 304B, 201 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code, I am not inclined to release him on bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Sikti P.S. case no. 99/2014 pending in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria stands rejected.
