Taking into consideration that the petitioner was caught on the spot by the villagers just after the alleged occurrence of loot and after that on the basis of disclosure made by the petitioner, looted money was recovered from the field of paddy, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly his prayer for bail in connection with Marhowrah P.S.Case no. 421 of 2015,pending in the Court of learned 2nd Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Charpra, stands rejected.
