The petitioner is in custody in connection with Special Case No. 16 of 2019, arising out of Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 1008 of 2019, for the offence under Sections 22 and 22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 24.10.2019. He further submits that in the instant case total 1.6 Kg. of Ganja was seized.

Considering the recovery of small quantity of Ganja and also considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The petitioner, named above, is directed to be

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1006 of 2020(2) dt.28-01-2020 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sessons Judge, Araria in connection with Special Case No. 16 of 2019, arising out of Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 1008 of 2019.
