2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Sections 3/4/5 of immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act.

3. As per prosecution case, this petitioner alongwith his wife was running business of prostitution in the newly constructed house next to Masaurhi Dharmakata on NH-83. On search of the room, one packet condom, three packets of almond oil and one Redmi touch-screen mobile phone were recovered.
