The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 302 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The daughter of the deceased stated in her Fardbeyan that her father adopted one Pawan Kumar and he was running after his life as his father wanted to partition his property among his daughter and son. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Name of the petitioner figured in the case in para 65 of the case diary in the confessional statement of Pawan Kumar. Except the confessional statement of Pawan Kumar, there is no material to show the involvement of the petitioner in the killing of Ram Jiwan Sharma. Co-accused Surendra Kumar and Pawan Kumar have already been enlarged on bail.
