5. Learned counsel for the informant submits that this is the second anticipatory bail application filed on behalf of the petitioner. His earlier anticipatory bail application was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 13.09.2024 passed in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13252 of 2025(4) dt.20-06-2025 2/2 Cr. Misc. No. 46423 of 2024 and no change of circumstance arose for filing this second anticipatory bail on behalf of petitioner.
