Petitioner is named in the first information report and it is alleged that motorcycle, which had been used in committing alleged crime, was recovered from the house of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that seizure list which is annexure 4 to the petition does not disclose this fact that alleged recovery was made from the house of the petitioner. It is also pointed out by him that one co-accused namely, Manish Kumar Singh has already been granted privilege of bail by court below itself. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in Mejorganj P.S.
