Petitioner is in jail custody since 25.11.2015 in a case registered under section 307 and other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code on the accusation that he along with others assaulted the injured by means of lathi and prior to that informant sustained firearm injury but learned counsel for the petitioner drew my attention towards annexure 2, photostat copy of injury report of the injured and submitted that, altogether, three injuries were found on the person of the informant and all injuries were simple in nature said to be caused by hard and blunt substance.

No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent but taking note of the aforesaid facts as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the
