It has been jointly submitted by the learned counsel for the parties that the subject matter of the instant case is covered by the order dated 30.07.2018 passed in CWJC No. 12268 of 2017 and analogous cases, disposed of by the learned Single Judge. For ready reference paragraph Nos. 8 and 9 of the aforesaid order dated 30.07.2018 are being produced herein below:- " 8. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the Nagar Parishad, Madhubani to ensure that all the information required by the State under the aforesaid resolution be

On the same being received by the State authorities, they shall take appropriate decision within two months from the date of receipt of the documents produced before them.

9. In terms of the final verification made by the State Government, the Nagar Parishad, Madhubani shall make payment to the petitioners within three months from the date of receipt of the approval by the State Government."

Having heard the learned counsel for the parties, the Nagar Parishad, Madhubani is directed to make payment of the dues to the petitioner in terms of the final verification made by the State Government within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. The writ application stands disposed of.
