2. This writ application has been filed for the following relief:- (I) For the issuance of a writ of mandamus to respondents authorities to refer petitioner's petition dated 05.08.2016 (vide Annexure-01) to Respondent no.02 u/s 64(1) of the Right to Fair Compensation And
Patna High Court CWJC No.11214 of 2018(6) dt.08-02-2024 2/3 Transparency in Land Acquisition Rehabilitative and Resettlement Act, 2013" here- in-after referred to as the "liew L.A. Act" for determination by Respondent no.02 of the disputed amount of compensation to be paid to this petitioner for the acquisition of her lands as detailed therein, and, as also stated in para no.5 to 6 of this writ petition.
3 . At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner requests to dispose of this writ petition directing the respondent No. 3 the District Land Acquisition Officer, Vaishali at Hajipur to dispose of the petitioner's petition dated 05.08.2016 i.e ., Annexure-01 to the writ petition .

In view of the limited prayer made on behalf of the petitioner, this writ application is disposed of with direction to respondent No. 3 the District Land Acquisition Officer, Vaishali at Hajipur to dispose of the petitioner's petition dated 05 August 2016, by a reasoned and speaking order, after hearing all the parties, in accordance with law preferably within a period of
