The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Katihar Mahila P.S. Case No. 3 of 2015 registered under Sections 341, 342, 376, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

Regard being had to the direct and specific allegation against the petitioner that he too was involved in abduction of the victim, a minor girl, aged about 14 years, who was ravished by the son of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant him

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.735 of 2016 (2) dt.12-01-2016 2 / 2 anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
