The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Parwalpur P.S. Case No. 118 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 304(B) and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The mother of the deceased made allegation that his daughter was married to Mukesh Bind in the year 2008 but thereafter the accused persons subjected her daughter to different sorts of torture and killed her.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16559 of 2015 (2) dt.01-05-2015 It is submitted that petitioners are in-laws of the deceased. Neither the deceased nor her mother the informant, ever made allegation of demand of dowry and torture after marriage and before death of the deceased against the petitioners. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Parwalpur P.S. Case No. 118 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) Sanjay/- U T
