JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 02-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is named in the first information report but general allegation of assault has been leveled against the petitioner and other accused.

Learned counsel for the petitioner points out that having similar allegation, almost all the accused have already been granted privilege of bail and, moreover, in course of investigation, it came to light that co-accused Rishi Kumar had given fatal blow to the deceased and the said Rishi Kumar has already been granted privilege of bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3192 of 2016 (2) dt.02-02-2016 2/2 be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate,1st class, Sheikhpura in connection with Mehus P.S.Case No. 03 of 2015.
