The present contempt application has been filed asserting non compliance of the order dated 10.08.2005 passed in C.W.J.C. No.5603 of 2004.

The records of L.P.A. No.967 of 2006 show that the said L.P.A. was preferred against the order dated 10.08.2005 passed in C.W.J.C. No.5603 of 2004 and the same was allowed vide order dated 02.12.2010 dismissing the C.W.J.C. No.5603 of 2004 in which the order dated 10.08.2005 under contempt was passed. As such, this application has become infructuous and no action is required to be taken against the concerned opposite parties.

Accordingly, this application is disposed of as having become infructuous.
