2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 363/365/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner and his accomplishes kidnapped minor son of the informant.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the victim was not recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail. He submits that the victim in his 164 Cr.P.C. statement has taken name of the petitioner and other accused persons.
