Petitioner is not named in the first information report nor does have any criminal antecedent and submission on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner was arrested on 16.10.2015 i.e. after more than one year of the alleged occurrence on mere suspicion and police got recorded the confessional statement of petitioner under coercion and threat and except the aforesaid confessional statement, there is nothing against the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
