Petitioner happens to be husband of opposite party no.2 and is languishing in jail custody in a case registered under section 498A of the IPC.

At the very outset, it is pointed out on behalf of the parties that the complainant and the petitioner have already settled their dispute amicably outside the court and it is agreed between the parties that after disposal of Matrimonial case no. 56/2012, petitioner shall pay Rs 3 lakhs to the complainant and after that complainant shall withdraw all cases lodged by her against the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like
