JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 14-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is said to have been caught by the G.R.P. while he was fleeing away with stolen Mobile and on being searched, the stolen Mobile was recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and that is the reason the copy of seizure list has not been given to the petitioner. It is further contended that petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 11.11.2015. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner above named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1355 of 2016 (2) dt.14-01-2016 2/2 be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Railway Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Gaya Rail P.S. Case No.117 of 2015.
