In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Sikandra P.S. Case No. 247 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 376, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation, the petitioner had physical relation with the prosecutrix who is aged about 22 years on the pretext of marriage.

The learned counsel for the informant has submitted that the petitioner is ready to solemnize marriage with the informant. Considering this fact, a compromise petition has been filed in the learned court below.

No.5666 of 2023(2) dt.10-05-2023 2/2 Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on provisional bail for the period of three months, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court of J.M. 1st Class, Jamui in connection with Sikandra P.S. Case No. 247 of 2022. The learned court below shall confirm the bail bond after solemnization of marriage.

With these observations, the bail petition is disposed of.
