2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:
(i) for issuance of to the appropriate writ, rule or direction respondents authorities to
Patna High Court CWJC No.19968 of 2016(2) dt.01-12-2025 2/3 make payment of the compensation amount on the present market value along with statutory interest as well as compensation for damage of crops due to cutting the soil from the lands of the petitioner which has been taken possession by the respondent authorities without providing the compensation amount as the land of the petitioners have been taken in possession by the respondent authorities without informing the petitioner or completing the acquisition procedure since no amount has been paid for their land and the possession has been taken by the respondent authorities by cutting the soil from their lands destroying the crops standing thereon without providing compensation to the said lands;
(ii) for grant of relief or reliefs as petitioners are found entitled
3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners submit that he shall be filing an appropriate petition before appropriate authority.
