The petitioner is accused in connection with Hulasganj P.S. Case No. 87 of 2015, registered under Section 354 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 3(i)(x) of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act and Section 8 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act. The allegation is that petitioner being the teacher of Rajkiya Madhya Vidyalaya tried to outrage the modesty of Priti Kumari, daughter of the informant Manoj Paswan, who belongs to Schedule Caste.

Moreover, after the investigation, the Police has submitted Final Form, which is detailed in paragraph nos. 42 and 43 of the case diary. The petitioner having no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 01.12.2015. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Hulasganj P.S.
