JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 15-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is said to be caught on the spot with loaded pistol. Although, there is allegation of firing but recovery of loaded pistol from possession of the petitioner reflects that the firing had not been made by the petitioner. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub- Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Morkahi P.S.
