The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sitamarhi PS Case No.638/19 dated 7.11.2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 342, 323, 324, 307, 379, 386 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of assault by fists and slaps and also by stabbing.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the injuries are simple in nature and he is in custody for two months.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.311 of 2020(2) dt.14-01-2020 2/2 be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM, Sitamarhi in connection with Sitamarhi P.S.Case No.639 of 2018 dated 7.11.2019..

With the above direction, this application is allowed.
